No material from this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, downloaded, uploaded or in any other manner for commercial use or otherwise without the written permission.

1. Delivery Timings:
Same day orders are accepted till 5 pm IST on the date of delivery. All orders made after this shall be considered for delivery latest by the next day. Our regular delivery timings are between 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

The delivery will be done within 24 hours of the delivery date.

The customer can request specific timings, we will try our best to honour the customer’s request but cannot commit 100% efficiency in the timing of delivery.

Delivery timings if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, natural calamities, strikes, elections, bandhs,  during rush hours and days like Valentine’s Day, Mothers Day, Rakhi, New year Eve etc, the order cancellation would not be possible in such circumstances.

Midnight deliveries are Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, delivery will be made between 23.00 Hrs to 00:30 Hrs.

Note: Please choose the date of delivery a day prior to the date of occasion. 
For Flowers, Sweets or other items that are perishable in nature, the delivery would be attempted only once. If the delivery is not executed during that attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address/phone number, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items

2. Discounts:
All the discounts are decided by Flower Point team and none of the Discount and offers can be clubbed together.

3. Address Change:
Any changes to the recipient address would be entertained free of cost if they are requested before 48hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be canceled.
Change of address would not be possible for products from the gift section after dispatch.

4. Changes in order :
Any changes to the order would be entertained with monetary adjustments if requested before 48hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be cancelled. Cancellation charges of 5% are applicable on all cancellation requests.

5. Delivery Product:
The images of the products displayed are indicative only. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per availability.
The flower arrangements cannot be guaranteed to be exact replicas of the ones shown on site because of different vendors & different season constraints. Although the quantity of product will be the same if there have to be substitutions because of non availability of products these substitutions will be of equal or higher quality. Change of color of flowers due to non availability shall also considered under this condition. Also, the icing and design of the cake may vary from the image depending upon local availability. In case of outsourced gift items, respective manufacturer/brand owner will be responsible.

6. Damaged deliveries:
We will cater to any reports of damaged products/ flowers on the same day of delivery only i.e within 24 hours of delivery. The problem report must be supported with substantial proofs of the damage made to the product.

7. Rules for delivery:

a) Delivery will be made as per the delivery instructions. e.g. if delivery instructions state that the product must be delivered to the recipient only, it will not be given to any one else and shall be considered delivered if recipient is not available. If recipient doesn’t accept the delivery, we shall consider the order as delivered.b) Flower Point will be able to attempt delivery of your gifts only ONCE. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
1. Wrong shipping/delivery address.

2. Recipient not available.

3. Premises locked.

4. Wrong landlines / Mobile number or Extension number which may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.

5. Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

6. Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.

8.Substitution Policy

Since flower arrangements are hand-made, there may be a slight variation from the picture shown. Occasionally, substitution of flowers is necessary due to temporary and/or regional/seasonal unavailability issues.

Every cake we offer is handcrafted and since each chef has his/her own way of baking and designing a cake, there might be slight variation in the product in terms of design and shape. Occasionally, substitution of flavours/designs is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.

In such a cases, our experienced team will ensure we deliver the product as close as possible to the description/photograph shown and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

In an event where a product that you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you to give an option of an alternate product. If we are unable to get in touch with you, we will proceed with sending you the alternate product since we know that you are sending it to your loved one(s) on a special occasion and we would not want anything to dampen the spirit of the occasion.

We, however, reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non availability of the desired product.

9. Rules for Duplicate Orders:
If Flower Point finds that the same order has been made twice we will try to contact the customer and get that clarified.If the customer is not contactable we will take the decision on our behalf and that will be final.

10. Dealing with Fraudulent Customers:
If we find out any fraudulent behavior from any client in terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings or any other reason, we hold the power to reject that order or ban that customer without being answerable to any one.

11. We hold the right to extend our services to any individual, organization, group or business unit. We may refuse to serve any individual, organization, group or business unit solely on our own will and we will not be answerable to anyone. On special occasions like Valentine’s day, Mother’s Day etc the given prices are not applicable. Please check with our support team for special prices, products availability and advance order restrictions.

12. Flower Point may amend its Terms & Conditions from time to time. These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jalandhar.  If Flower Point is unable to deliver your order , then complete refund will be made . We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability due to non delivery .

13. These Terms and Conditions, together with Flower point’s cancellation and refund policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and other rules and policies posted on the site, which are hereby incorporated as if set forth fully in these Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flower Point with respect to your use of and material available on the site, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between you and Flower Point with respect to this site. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved.

14.  Flower Point may send transactional and promotional messages on your registered phone number/email.

15. Flower Point’s objective is to provide the best service and quality products, and to ensure the same, Flower Point might contact the receiver seeking the feedback.

If the user has any questions, doubts or confusion in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein, he should seek clarifications from us through email and should wait for a written clarification before using the service.

The user of this site is presumed to have read all the terms and conditions herein and FAQ and is deemed to have agreed, understood and accepted unconditionally all the terms, conditions, procedures and risks of using the services and cannot at any time claim ignorance of any or all of them. In event of any disputes between the parties in connection with any provision, both the parties hereto, shall endeavor to settle dispute amicably. All the disputes will subject to the Judiciary of Jalandhar(India) Jurisdiction.
